Luiz Oosterbeek is the President of the International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences and Professor of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar. President of the Instituto Terra e Memória (Portugal) and visiting Professor in several Universities in Europe and Brazil, he is the Director of the Museum of Prehistoric Art in Mação (PT) and Vice-President of HERITY International (IT).
Engraved and painted images upon the upright stones of the Dolmen de Soto were investigated and recorded by a team of international scientists using a variety of photogrammetric methods in 2016-7.
