Juan Manuel Garrido-Anguita studied Humanities at the University of Córdoba, Spain, gaining his doctorate in 2016. He has been a visiting scholar in Italy, Malta, and Portugal. He is currently a member of research group HUM-262 (Regional Government of Andalusia). He has organized several academic conferences and international meetings and is an experienced archaeologist.
