Federica Tagliatesta has a PhD in Christian Iconography and Ancient Christian Cemeteries from the Pontifical Institute of Christian Archaeology and is a graduate student in Medieval Art History at the Sapienza University of Rome. Her research focuses on reconstructing the appearance of fragmented Late Antique and Early Medieval wall and vault mosaics and frescoes in Rome and Latium.
