Igor Santos Salazar is ricercatore at the University of Trento where he teaches Medieval History. His current research is concentrated on the forms of articulation of rural society, the documentary culture of the laity, and the administration of justice and fiscal goods by central authorities from the fifth to the twelfth centuries between Italy and Spain.
