Gonzalo Viñuales Ferreiro has been Professor of Medieval History at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid (Spain) since 2005. He has a PhD in History from the National University of Distance Education (Extraordinary Prize). His current lines of research include the relations between Moors and Jews during the Middle Ages in Castile, the study of Castilian Benedictine monasteries in the late Middle Ages, and that of historical graffiti in Spain.
